1. Scope
Sip ’n Bite offers delivery within Bulgaria and to selected EU countries, where such delivery is available for the relevant destination and offered at checkout.
2. Order processing
Orders are processed after successful submission and, where applicable, payment confirmation. Sip ’n Bite may contact the Customer to clarify information, confirm age, verify availability, discuss delivery details or resolve another matter necessary for proper fulfilment.
3. Delivery times
For deliveries within Bulgaria, the indicative delivery period is 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise for a specific product, campaign or period. For selected EU destinations, delivery time depends on the country, courier, nature of the order and applicable logistics.
4. Couriers and delivery methods
Deliveries are usually made through Speedy, Econt or another suitable logistics partner. For certain orders or destinations, Sip ’n Bite may use another carrier. Where available, a pick-up from location option may also be offered.
5. Delivery charges
Delivery charges are not fixed and depend on the delivery address and destination country, the selected courier, the order value, weight and/or volume and any applicable promotional conditions. The applicable charge is shown before checkout is completed. For deliveries within Bulgaria, Sip ’n Bite may offer free shipping above the BGN equivalent of EUR 100 where this is expressly shown on the website or at checkout.
6. Delivery information
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date delivery information, including recipient name, contact phone number, exact address or courier office and any other details necessary for successful delivery.
7. Receipt of shipment
A shipment is considered delivered when handed to the Customer or to a person designated by them at the specified address or selected courier office. For alcoholic beverages, Sip ’n Bite reserves the right to request confirmation that the recipient is of legal age.
8. Inspection on receipt
Upon receipt, the Customer should check the outer packaging, the number of parcels and whether there are visible signs of tearing, leakage, breakage or other damage. Where possible, this should be done in the presence of the courier.
9. Damaged, incomplete or non-conforming deliveries
If a shipment appears damaged, Sip ’n Bite recommends that the Customer ask the courier to record the issue or prepare a report, take photographs and contact us without undue delay at info@sofiawinespot.com. Where transport damage, incomplete delivery or delivery in a non-conforming condition is established, we will offer an appropriate solution for the specific case — for example review, replacement, partial refund or full refund, where applicable.
10. Uncollected, refused or returned shipments
Where the Customer fails to collect the shipment within the courier’s applicable time limit, or refuses to accept it without legal grounds, Sip ’n Bite reserves the right to charge the actual delivery and return costs incurred and to refuse future orders in the event of repeated abuse.
11. Pick-up from location
Where a pick-up option is available, the Customer will receive information about the place and collection window. Sip ’n Bite may request ID, order number or another reasonable confirmation necessary for release of the order.
