Our focus is on small Bulgarian producers, distinctive regions and wines with a clear sense of origin and style. We look for bottles with a signature of their own — not merely correct, but memorable.
Alongside them, we select thoughtful gourmet pairings: cheeses, deli specialties and small flavour accents that complete the experience naturally and without excess.
Sip ’n Bite is for both people just beginning to discover Bulgarian wine and guests looking for more specific selections, interesting vintages and deeper conversation about grapes, regions and style.
Our approach
We do not try to be everything for everyone. We prefer a selection with a clear point of view and a taste of its own. We work with attention to detail — both in the wines we choose and in the way we present them.
